Can you buy a “gold” SIM card in NC?

In Northern Cyprus, you can purchase cards with the numbers 99999999, or 333333333, or any others with identical numerals at Turkcell and Telsim stores. They cost more than usual cards, but most importantly, they are on sale and will stick you out of the crowd.
