The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has declared two individuals as banned migrants in the country. Seven more individuals have been banned from entering Northern Cyprus.

According to decisions published in the "Official Gazette," Nigerian citizen Henry Chukwuebuka Onodigbo, born in Abuja in 1999, has been declared a banned migrant. He was identified as a member of a scam gang known as "Yahoo Boys" and is suspected of engaging in various fraudulent activities online in Northern Cyprus. Authorities believe that "his actions could pose a threat to public and administrative order, or general morality, or incite hostility among the TRNC population."

British citizen John Ellis Amor, born in Halle in 1962, has also been declared a persona non grata. He was found guilty of behavior that could threaten public order, administrative order, or public morality.

By the same Council of Ministers' decisions, entry to the TRNC has been banned for Muhammed Ikbal Togruclu, Cem Ozan Baran, Ibrahim Bashturkh, Swedish citizen Mattias Joakim Bozer, Chinese national Tiange Wang, Sichuan native Guokan Yang, and Ismail Abdo.
