The Department of Communications of the TRNC has threatened debtors with disconnection
The TRNC Department of Communications has announced that its subscribers must settle debts accumulated until December 31, 2023, no later than February 15.
According to the department's statement, telecommunications, data transmission, and internet services to subscribers whose bills were not settled as of the end of December 31 and who still have outstanding debts will be suspended.
In addition, the subscription will be terminated, and the lines of all subscribers with debts to the Department for more than 12 billing periods since the end of January 2022 will be canceled.
To avoid being disconnected, subscribers are offered to settle their debts by visiting the nearest office of the Department of Communications or a bank no later than Thursday, February 15.
