The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has designated seven individuals as "undesirable immigrants" in the country. The decisions were published in the "Official Gazette."

According to the document, among those listed is Marcin Mieczysław Okuniewski, wanted internationally by Poland for extradition on charges of drug trafficking, money laundering, and organized crime.

Vladimir Khaliulin was declared an undesirable immigrant as Interpol has requested his extradition to his home country for involvement in illegal gambling activities.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Ismail Altun in the TRNC for drug trafficking or stimulants.

Ridwan Ayinde Lawal, a Nigerian citizen, was declared an undesirable immigrant in the TRNC for using the "Office 365" program via the internet, sending multiple emails, internet fraud, and receiving a large sum of money from this activity.

It is noted that one of the reasons is that the fraudster took advantage of the fact that it was impossible to file a lawsuit against him because the people he deceived were abroad. While in Northern Cyprus, he continued to expand his criminal activities.

Additionally, citizens of Turkey, Bayram İkancı, Veli Erdal, and Sebahattin Kılıç, are accused of behavior "threatening public and administrative order or general morality." They were recognized as undesirable immigrants as they could "provoke hostility among the population of the TRNC and against the state, as well as organize a conspiracy against the state."
