Famous Turkish Singer Contracts Swine Flu During Concert in Northern Cyprus
Famous Turkish singer Derya Uluğ has been hospitalized after a concert in Northern Cyprus. Doctors have diagnosed her with swine flu.
According to Cyprus Post, the performer fell ill during her performance on stage. Despite feeling unwell, she managed to complete the concert; however, her condition worsened immediately afterward.
Following medical intervention, the star was admitted to the hospital. After examinations, doctors diagnosed her with swine flu and placed her under medical observation.
In her social media post, Derya Uluğ has already announced the postponement of her next concert due to her deteriorating health.
"I regret to inform you that I won't be able to perform at the Merit Crystal Cove concert, despite undergoing all necessary procedures in the hospital. This is a first-time experience for me. I apologize to my fans and promise to reimburse the cost of purchased tickets," wrote the singer.
