TRNC Minimum Wage Commission to Convene Next Week
Sadık Gardıanoğlu, the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of the TRNC, announced that the Minimum Wage Determination Commission will meet next week.
The minister mentioned that today, a meeting will take place with the relevant ministers and officials from the ministry.
"Our goal is to assess the situation before the meeting on the minimum wage," emphasized the Minister of Labour.
In his statement to BRT, the minister also noted that one part of the 9 billion TL debt, which the Social Security Fund will receive from the government over 30 years. This will be paid next week, with the remaining 8 billion TL to be paid gradually.
