Physical Activity Day to Be Celebrated at İskele Public Beach
On Sunday, April 6, İskele Public Beach will host a special event in honor of Physical Activity Day. This year’s theme, "Equalizing Opportunities: Sports for Social Integration," emphasizes the role of sports in bringing communities together.
The event is organized by the Cyprus-Turkey Physical Activity Association (KTFAD) in collaboration with the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Eastern Mediterranean University and the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
From 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, attendees can participate in various physical activity stations designed for all age groups. The program will also include yoga sessions tailored specifically for children.
