At the Mevlevi training ground, anti-tank shooting exercises are once again taking place
The authorities of the Güzelyurt district have reported that anti-tank shooting exercises are taking place in the vicinity of the Mevlevi training ground. The maneuvers will be conducted from today until March 29. Entry into the training ground areas will be prohibited on the specified days.
In a written statement from the administration of the Güzelyurt district, it is emphasized that for the safety of life and property, entry into the training ground area is not allowed from 07:00 to 21:00 on shooting days.
It is also noted that since the search and destruction of spent bullets will continue for some time after the shooting exercises, entry into the area should not be attempted until the ban is lifted by the command.
