On February 15th, showers and thunderstorms persist in Northern Cyprus
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, on Thursday, February 15th, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool, humid air. Despite the meteorologists lifting the storm warnings that were in effect, the likelihood of showers and thunderstorms remains, especially on the northern and western coasts and in the Karpas region.
The air temperature remains within seasonal climatic norms: the thermometer readings will rise to 17-18 degrees Celsius. The wind will significantly strengthen and change its direction to the southeast.
There are no active weather warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus.

Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 17°C, Lapta – 17°C, Akdeniz - 16°C, Alevkaya - 13°C, Esentepe - 15°C.
Western Coast: Lefke – 16°C, Güzelyurt – 17°C.
Central Part: Nicosia – 17°C, Ercan – 16°C.
Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 18°C, Iskele – 17°C.
Karpas: Yenierenköy – 16°C.
