In Northern Cyprus, April 17th will see hot and cloudy weather persisting
According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, the region will continue to be affected by low pressure and warm, humid air on Wednesday, April 17th. Three meteorological warnings are in effect for the region.
Meteorologists predict clear but cloudy weather with no precipitation. Air temperatures are expected to be 4-6 degrees Celsius above seasonal climatic norms. In some areas, thermometers will rise to 32°C.
The wind will be north-easterly, of moderate strength. No storms are expected in the region today.
In Northern Cyprus, the average level of ultraviolet radiation remains, and there is a high probability of forest fires. Additionally, the region is covered in dust brought from the Middle East.
It will linger in the atmosphere until tomorrow evening. People with normal skin can stay in the sun for about 20 minutes. However, it is strongly recommended to wear hats and sunglasses.

Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 27°C, Lapta – 23°C, Akdeniz - 28°C, Alevkaya - 27°C, Esentepe - 26°C.
Western Coast: Lefke – 28°C, Güzelyurt – 31°C.
Central Part: Nicosia – 32°C, Ercan – 31°C.
Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 27°C, Iskele – 29°C.
Karpas: Yenierenköy – 28°C.
