In Northern Cyprus, a Fraudulent Witch Caught Dealing Passports
Police on Northern Cyprus have arrested a woman suspected of "witchcraft." Additionally, she was selling Republic of Cyprus passports.
According to the police press office, the 43-year-old woman was apprehended in Kyrenia after receiving money in exchange for promising to assist with obtaining Republic of Cyprus passports.
Reportedly, the suspect told two individuals that she had connections in the Republic of Cyprus, through which she could provide them with identification cards and passports for a monetary fee. It is presumed that for her "services," the fraudster received a total of 3,600 euros.
Furthermore, police reported that the said woman engaged in "witchcraft," including fortune-telling for two other individuals and providing predictions in exchange for money.
The police investigation into this matter is ongoing.
