Deadline Extended for Municipal Infrastructure Project Applications in Northern Cyprus
The Turkish Embassy in Lefkoşa has announced an extension for municipalities in the TRNC to submit applications for infrastructure projects. The new deadline is now set for Monday, December 16.

In its statement, the embassy explained:
- “The application period has been extended for municipalities seeking to utilize funds from the ‘Contribution to Infrastructure Investments for Municipalities and Villages’ project. This initiative is part of the 2024 Economic and Financial Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.”
Municipalities must upload their project proposals through the official municipal portal proje.kei.gov.tr no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, December 16.
Alternatively, applications can also be submitted online at https://belediyeproje.kei.gov.tr.
Important Reminder: Late submissions will not be accepted.
