In Northern Cyprus, a free Kite Festival for children will be held
In Northern Cyprus, the arrival of spring will be celebrated with a delay. The Kite Festival for children will take place on April 20 at the Göçmenköy field, located behind the Atatürk Stadium in Nicosia.
The festival is organized in collaboration with the Cyprus Turkish Red Crescent, the Association of Education and Solidarity of the Olive Tree (ZAYDER), and the Academy of Arts Association (ASDER).
According to information provided by the organizers, at the festival, which will be held on Saturday, April 20, from 10:00 to 14:00, kites will be distributed to children free of charge.
In addition, the organizers have prepared various treats and fun surprises for the festival participants.
All children and youth of the island are invited to the Kite Festival. Participation in the event is free.
