A Free Concert for International Women's Day will be held in Northern Cyprus
In honor of International Women's Day on March 8th, a celebratory concert will take place in Northern Cyprus. The performance will be held on March 9th at the historical Bedesten building in the Selimiye quarter in Nicosia.
The concert dedicated to International Women's Day is prepared in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment of the TRNC, the State Coordination Center of Opera and Ballet (KKTCDOB), and the trio "Myrrh."
The soloist for the concert will be Sermin Dikmen Töre (soprano), along with the Myrha Trio, formed by artists from the Presidential Orchestra KKTCCSO: Miray Çakır (violin), Sinem Sadrazam (viola), and Püren Eda Gözer (cello), along with Jansu Özçeşarlı (violin) and Gökşu Özçeşarlı (violin).
The concert ensemble will present the audience with a program specially prepared for International Women's Day.
The concert will begin at 8:00 PM. Admission to the event will be free.
