Cold Spell Continues in Northern Cyprus: TRNC Weather Forecast for February 24
The TRNC Meteorology Department reports that high pressure and a wave of very cold, humid air will persist across Northern Cyprus on Monday, February 24. Forecasters predict partly cloudy skies with no rainfall.
Temperatures are expected to drop 4-6°C below the seasonal average, ranging between 4°C and 11°C across most of the country.
Winds will blow from the northeast at moderate strength, occasionally picking up to strong gusts.

- Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 9°C, Lapta – 8°C, Akdeniz – 9°C, Alevkaya – 4°C, Esentepe – 6°C
- Western Coast: Lefke – 9°C, Güzelyurt – 11°C
- Central Region: Nicosia – 9°C, Ercan – 9°C
- Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 11°C, İskele – 9°C
- Karpas Peninsula: Yenierenköy – 8°C
