Scholarship Applications Reopen for Students in Northern Cyprus
Students in Northern Cyprus who missed the initial deadline for Spring 2024–2025 semester scholarships now have another chance to apply. The YÖBİS system has been reopened for two days, allowing late submissions.
According to the Department of Higher Education and International Relations, students who wish to apply can do so today and tomorrow through the YÖBİS system.
Who Needs to Reapply?
-
Students enrolled in TRNC universities who qualified for a Fall 2024–2025 semester scholarship must reapply by updating their academic records on yobis.mebnet.net and uploading their transcripts and student documents for the Spring semester.
-
Students studying in Turkey or other countries who are already receiving a Fall semester scholarship do not need to take any further action.
