A strong stormy wind is approaching Northern Cyprus
The Department of Meteorology of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has issued an emergency warning. A strong stormy wind is approaching the region.
According to meteorologists, the warning will be in effect for one day: from 8:00 PM today until 8:00 PM tomorrow.
During this period, the region is expected to experience an increase in the southwest wind up to 7 points. A severe storm at sea is possible.
It's worth noting that Northern Cyprus has had rainy weather in the past few days. Meteorologists issued a storm warning last on December 21.
Earlier this week, Northern Cyprus was covered with dust from North Africa.
