Two New Speed Cameras to Be Activated on the Nicosia-Famagusta Highway
Two new fixed-speed cameras will begin operating on the Nicosia-Famagusta highway. The cameras will be activated starting at midnight.
These cameras will be installed at the newly completed Demirhan intersection.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the cameras will be in use starting at 12:00 AM on Tuesday, March 25.
The new speed limit has been set at 50 km/h.
The Ministry strongly advises all drivers to take note of this speed limit and adhere strictly to the traffic rules.
