The 4th Walnut Festival Date in Lefke Announced
Lefke will host its 4th Walnut Festival. According to the municipality's announcement, the event will take place at the city bazaar on Sunday, June 2.
Organized in collaboration with the municipality and the Lefke Tourism Association, this traditional festival will run from 10:00 to 20:00.
The festival's grand opening will feature walnut producers. Throughout the day, visitors can explore a variety of products from local manufacturers showcased at booths, as well as indulge in delicious treats made from walnuts and other locally-sourced ingredients.
Additionally, attendees can enjoy a photo exhibition titled "Cyprus and Love for Lefke," view the municipality's women's courses, and explore an exhibit featuring recycled products from local schools.
The festival will also include a walnut product competition and a leisurely guided walk with Cittaslow Lefke.
