Flight from Izmir to Northern Cyprus Delayed for 12 Hours
A SunExpress flight from Izmir to Ercan faced a significant delay of 12 hours, forcing passengers to spend the entire day at the airport.
Flight XQ 842, originally scheduled to depart from Izmir for Ercan at 6:00 AM on November 25, was delayed until 6:00 PM, according to the online departure board at Adnan Menderes Airport.
Turkish media reported that passengers expressed frustration, stating they had repeatedly attempted to contact airline representatives for information but received no response or assistance.
The delayed flight eventually landed safely in Northern Cyprus at around 7:00 PM.
