Temperatures Return to Seasonal Norms: TRNC Weather Forecast for January 23
The TRNC Meteorology Department has announced that low-pressure systems and cold, humid air will affect Northern Cyprus on Thursday, January 23.
The forecast calls for cloudy skies accompanied by periods of rain. Air temperatures have stabilized, returning to seasonal norms and ranging between 13°C and 18°C across most regions.
Winds will blow from the northeast, varying from moderate to strong at times. There are no active weather warnings in effect for Northern Cyprus today.

- Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 17°C, Lapta – 17°C, Akdeniz – 16°C, Alevkaya – 14°C, Esentepe – 16°C
- Western Coast: Lefke – 16°C, Güzelyurt – 17°C
- Central Region: Lefkoşa – 17°C, Ercan – 17°C
- Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 18°C, İskele – 18°C
- Karpas Peninsula: Yenierenköy – 17°C
