Turkey's Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change to Visit TRNC
Today, Murat Kurum, Turkey's Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, will arrive in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). This visit follows a recent meeting with Fikri Ataoğlu, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment, in Ankara.
During his trip, Minister Kurum plans to establish official business contacts and sign several cooperation agreements aimed at enhancing collaboration between the two regions.
The visit will kick off with a tour of the construction site for the President's campus and the Assembly of the Republic. Following this, Minister Kurum will be welcomed by the President of the TRNC, Ersin Tatar, and the Prime Minister, Ünal Üstel.
Additionally, he will meet with Fikri Ataoğlu, as well as Erhan Arıklı, the Minister of Public Works and Transport, and Dursun Oğuz, the Interior Minister.
Discussions during the visit will focus on environmental cooperation, urban planning, and an action plan for land registration.
