Two accidents occurred in Nicosia and Gönyeli, injuring a pedestrian and a motorcyclist
Yesterday evening in Northern Cyprus, two road traffic accidents occurred, injuring people. A pedestrian and a motorcyclist were injured.
According to the police spokesperson, the first accident happened at 21:45 on Bölü Sokak, Nicosia. A 22-year-old man, driving a car, while turning right at the entrance to the "Emirgan" supermarket, hit a 21-year-old pedestrian. The injured person was taken to the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Nicosia, where medical assistance was provided.
The second accident occurred around 22:00 on the Municipal Boulevard in Gönyeli. A 33-year-old woman, driving a car, abruptly stopped in front of Espresso Lab, causing a collision with a 57-year-old motorcyclist. The injured biker also received assistance at the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Nicosia.
