Car dealership shot at in Girne
On the night of August 16, an armed incident took place in the Karakum area of Girne. An unidentified assailant opened fire on the "Dogtech Motors" car dealership located on Ugur Mumcu Street.
According to police information, the attack occurred at around 1:30 a.m. The perpetrator fired several shots from a pistol towards the building and the cars parked inside. No one was injured as a result of the shooting, but three vehicles sustained serious damage.
Police quickly arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and launched an investigation. The search for the attacker is underway, but his identity has not yet been established.
The incident caused concern among residents of the area, as the shooting took place in a busy part of the city. Law enforcement agencies continue to work on the case and intend to bring the perpetrator to justice.
