In Iskele, an earthquake occurred
An earthquake took place in Iskele with a magnitude of about three on the Richter scale.
According to information published in the earthquake list of the Kandilli Observatory of Boazici University and the Regional Monitoring and Earthquake Evaluation Center, seismic tremors occurred today after midnight, around 00:31.
According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, the earthquake's epicenter was at a depth of about 3 km.
There is no information about the consequences of the earthquake, and it is unknown whether local residents felt the seismic tremors.
