121 Dogs Sterilized in Kyrenia in One Week
In Kyrenia, in collaboration with the Swiss organization "Network for Animal Protection" (NetAP), a project to sterilize stray animals has been implemented.
According to the municipality, within the project, 121 dogs were sterilized in the Kyrenia area from January 15 to 21. Continuous monitoring and care are provided for the rehabilitation and recovery of sterilized dogs.
In the research conducted at the animal shelter and rehabilitation center of the Kyrenia municipality, six veterinarians were involved. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the project participants by the Mayor of Kyrenia, Hussein Kole, and the deputy managers Ahmet Türker and Naile Soyel.
The "Network for Animal Protection" is a non-governmental organization founded in Switzerland in 2008, working to protect animals worldwide.
