Water Supply Disruptions in Nicosia for 72 Hours
Residents in certain areas of the Turkish Municipality of Nicosia (LTB) will face water supply disruptions for up to 72 hours, Mayor Mehmet Harmancı announced on social media.
According to the mayor, infrastructure upgrades in the capital have reached a critical phase, and the disruptions are due to the activation of major regional connections within the city's water network.
Water supply interruptions will affect specific neighborhoods for three days, with residents receiving advance notice.
Once the work is completed, water distribution across the city will be more efficient. The municipality also plans to implement measures to minimize the impact of future disruptions.
