TRNC Celebrates Galatasaray's 24th Championship
A party was held in Northern Cyprus to celebrate Galatasaray's victory in the Turkish championship. The gathering of the football club's fans took place in Kyrenia.
The event was organized by the president of the Galatasaray Fan Association, Talat Karapelit. Among the attendees were TRNC Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu, Galatasaray Sports Club President Dursun Aydın Özbek with his spouse, as well as club members and fans—totaling about 500 guests.

Entertainment for the evening was provided by Ahmet Evan and DJ Yusuf Coşkuner. Additionally, a commemorative plaque was presented to the TRNC Galatasaray Fan Association.
The celebration concluded with the cutting of the championship cake.
To recap, at the end of May, Galatasaray Football Club became the Turkish champion for the 24th time. In the final match of the championship, the yellow-reds defeated Konyaspor away with a score of 3-1. Galatasaray fans in Northern Cyprus celebrated their favorite team's championship in grand style.
