Late Scholarship Applications Reopen in the TRNC
Students in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will once again be able to submit late scholarship applications for the Spring semester of the 2024–2025 academic year.
Beheçet Çelebi, Director of the Higher Education and Foreign Relations Department of the Ministry of National Education, announced that applications will be accepted on May 13 and 14 through the YÖBİS scholarship system, which will be temporarily reactivated for this purpose. This gives students who missed the original deadline a final chance to apply and still receive financial support.
To apply, students must log in to the system at http://yobis.mebnet.net, update their academic details, upload their spring semester transcripts and student documents, click on the “Apply for Scholarship” button, and resubmit their application.
