Graduation Ceremony at Eastern Mediterranean University
Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) is set to host a graduation ceremony this week for the bachelor's and associate degree graduates of the Fall Semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. The event will take place on Friday, January 31, at 10:30 AM in the Lala Mustafa Paşa Sports Hall.
The ceremony will begin with a moment of silence, followed by the national anthem. After the opening speeches, awards and certificates will be presented to the top-performing faculties and departments. Graduates will then receive their diplomas, and academic supervisors will be recognized with awards. The event will conclude with the traditional cap toss and a lively DJ performance to celebrate the graduates’ achievements.
This semester, EMU will see approximately 1,000 students graduate, bringing the total number of alumni to nearly 76,000 since the university's establishment.
