Blood Donation Campaign Held at Eastern Mediterranean University
A blood donation campaign titled "Donate Blood, Save Lives" took place at the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU). The annual blood donation event was held for three days in collaboration with the Turkish Red Crescent of Northern Cyprus.
Representatives of the Turkish Red Crescent of Northern Cyprus stated that the need for blood in Northern Cyprus is increasing every day and they are grateful to receive support from EMU.
During the campaign, a total of 99 units of blood were donated: 14 on the first day, 29 on the second day, and 56 on the third day. After the event, the Turkish Red Crescent of Northern Cyprus left EMU, thanking the volunteer donors who gave hope to 99 people.
Future joint projects will continue.
