Deadly Crash in Northern Cyprus: Two Killed, Nine Injured
A tragic road accident in Northern Cyprus on Tuesday afternoon claimed the lives of two people and left at least nine others injured.
According to preliminary information from the police, the crash occurred around 2:00 p.m. on the Kyrenia–Degirmenlik road, near the village of Arapköy.
The collision involved a minibus transporting people with disabilities and a rental car. The exact cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
Two individuals were pronounced dead at the scene, while nine others were taken to Dr. Akçiçek Hospital in Kyrenia. Their conditions have not been disclosed, and the identities of the victims have not yet been confirmed.
Authorities have launched a full investigation into the cause of the fatal crash.
