How to apply to a university in TRNC?

Becoming a student in Northern Cyprus is quite easy. Here you don't need to pass many exams, unlike universities in the post-Soviet space. The applicant must provide only a TOEFL or IELTS certificate (with results of 500 points or 5.5, respectively). Alternatively, you can take a language exam at the university upon arrival. If you have problems with English and lack knowledge, then you can take intensive language courses at universities and colleges.

Also, even before arriving at the university, you must provide a certificate of secondary education and/or a diploma of higher education along with an extract on the subjects completed and the number of hours. Documents must be translated into English or Turkish and notarized.

Foreigners automatically receive a 50% discount on tuition. Also, in universities in Northern Cyprus, there is an opportunity to receive a free education if the applicant proves his outstanding success in sports or other areas
