The Özyalçın Engineering and Architecture Bureau was founded in 1991 by Ouz Özyalçın and is located in Kyrenia. In 1993, the office started operating in the construction industry and changed its name to Özyalçın Construction. The company grew, earning trust and taking decisive steps forward, and it began to be recognized as one of the best construction companies in Northern Cyprus.

After the company's founder, Oguz Özyalçın, passed away in 2012, the second generation continues to develop Özyalçın Construction and bring benefits to Kyrenia.

Özyalçın Construction, which has built 25 large and completed construction complexes, is capable of completing 350 apartments and houses per year. The company, one of the largest in Northern Cyprus, continues its operations with its experienced and reliable team.

Özyalçın Construction Ltd. is a member of the Cyprus-Turkish Builders Association and has a first-class construction certificate.

Özyalçın Construction is also one of the few companies in the TRNC to have a NATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE BS EN ISO 9001-2015 certificate.

As a result of checks conducted in April 2014, Özyalçın Construction was awarded the BS OHSAS 18001:2018 for occupational health and safety standards. Özyalçın Construction facilities are regularly audited by NQA to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
