Is it possible to obtain a residence permit under a lease agreement?
The concept of obtaining a residence permit under a lease does not exist as such. There is a "high income" option that allows you to obtain a residence permit.
It requires the presence of a certain amount of money in the account of any local bank and a long-term lease registered at the tax office. This is why this method is also colloquially called “residence under a lease contract”.
In addition to this contract, you will need: a certificate from the Mukhtar ( local head of the district ) confirming the place of your residence, and a statement from the bank on the availability of funds required for living expenses.
