Office manager
We are in search of an ‘Office Hostess!’
We welcome a talented organiser to transform our office into a cosy and immaculately functioning space!
You will be expected to:
Befriend the mail - checking the company mailboxes and anything else that is associated with the company name.
Keeping an eye on stock - from toilet paper, tissues and coffee to fresh fruit and soft drinks (so no one goes hungry or without a cup of coffee!).
Being in charge of the office - dealing with any issues promptly, from breakages and mould to furniture and equipment purchases (subject to agreement of course).
Feeding the team - organising delicious lunches (on weekdays - collecting lunch orders is your mission too!).
Keep clean and tidy - clean dishes, communicate with the cleaning service, check the quality and timeliness of payment for cleaning services.
We are looking for someone who:
Loves having everything in its place and running like clockwork.
Sees the details and can anticipate the needs of the team.
Additionally (no more than 1-2 times per year):
Run errands for holidays for supervisor (ordering flowers/gifts on holidays);
Send packages via regular mail or DHL, receive and track packages.
We offer:
Working in the office at Cyprus 12-4th floor, Suite 401, Limassol 3027, Cyprus
Flexible schedule, office visits 2-3 times a week (as agreed), preferably morning or evening after 18.00;
Financial remuneration - 500 EUR (600 EUR for parcels and flowers).
