With Western Union refusing to work with Russia, the options have become fewer, but they still exist. Let's explore the alternatives.

Bank Card

This option works only one way — from Russia to Cyprus. And only for Union Pay cards issued by Gazprombank, Solidarnost, or Raiffeisen.

SWIFT

This is an international banking transfer system. Although most Russian banks are excluded from this system, a transfer can still be made through Gazprombank.

Zolotaya Korona

This service is also partially sanctioned, and if accessed from outside Russia, it won’t allow money transfers. A Russian VPN must be used, or access must be gained from Russia. If the service app has already been downloaded, it's better to use it. Transfers are possible only from Russia; transfers in the opposite direction are not available.

Unistream

This service continues to send transfers to Cyprus. However, to find out the receiving points, you need to contact customer support.

Kwikpay

A service similar to Zolotaya Korona in functionality, Kwikpay has an important distinction — it is the only service that can send money from Cyprus to Russia. However, you must contact partner banks personally for this. Here is the list.

Moneyport

Moneyport operates via managers on Telegram. They accept money in one currency in one country and send it in another currency to another country, charging around 2-5% for their services.
