For the convenience of the population and the provision of various services, Citizen Service Centers were opened in Cyprus in 2005.
In Greek, the abbreviation is written as KEP (Κέντρο Εξυπηρέτησης του Πολίτη), and these centers are located in the main locations of Cyprus.

Functions of the service centers
The purpose of these centers is to improve the work of the administration of government services. They offer a multitude of services from various government organizations in one place.
Services are provided on behalf of six government departments, although some services may not be available at all service centers.

- Student stipend;
- Benefits (for a child, for a mother, for illness, for pregnancy and childbirth, for marriage, for occupational injury);

The centers operate from 8 am to 5 pm, but some services are unavailable after 2:30 pm. It is advisable to inquire in advance by phone or email using the contacts provided above.

Citizens visiting the centers are provided with internet access so they can search for information and submit applications to government organizations directly at the centers.
