Divorce in Cyprus if you were married in a civil partnership

In case your marriage was contracted in a municipality, it is very easy to get a divorce. Provided you have no children in common and if the other spouse is not opposed to the divorce, you will get it in two to three months. The divorce petition is also filed with the municipality.
