Heat and Dust Expected in Cyprus on June 24
According to the Meteorology Department of the Republic of Cyprus, on Monday, June 24, the region will be influenced by low pressure.
In the first half of the day, the weather will be mostly clear, although there will be some increased cloudiness in the southeast.
The meteorological service forecasts that during the day, temperatures will rise to 39°C in the inland areas, up to 35°C in the southeast and on the eastern coast, up to 34°C on the northern coast, around 32°C on the rest of the coast, and up to 31°C in the mountainous areas.
By evening, the weather will be mostly clear, although low clouds will appear in the west. In the morning hours, local fog and low clouds are expected, mainly in the eastern half. The air temperature will drop to 22°C inland and in the mountainous areas, and to 23°C on the coast.
Temperatures are expected to gradually rise slightly until Wednesday, with no significant change expected on Thursday, continuing to fluctuate above the average climatic values.
