Rainy Weather Continues in Cyprus on September 3

According to the Meteorological Department of the Republic of Cyprus, Tuesday, September 3, will be influenced by seasonal low pressure and an unstable air mass.

In the morning, the weather is expected to be mostly clear, but there will be areas of increased cloudiness in the west and north, which could lead to isolated showers. In the afternoon, clouds will develop further, bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains, interior regions, and the east. There is a chance of hail during thunderstorms.

The meteorological service forecasts that daytime temperatures today will reach up to 34°C in the interior regions, 31°C on the western coast, around 33°C on other coasts, and up to 24°C in the mountainous areas.

By evening and overnight, the weather will become mostly clear again, although cloudiness will increase in the west and north.

Temperatures will drop to 20°C in the interior regions, 22°C on the coasts, and 14°C in the mountainous areas.

In the coming days, localized increases in cloud cover are expected, which may bring isolated showers or even thunderstorms, especially in the mountains, interior regions, and the east.

Temperatures are expected to gradually rise, remaining slightly above the average climatic values.
