Valuables Worth €820,000 Stolen from Foreigner’s Apartment in Limassol
In Limassol, police are searching for thieves who stole €820,000 worth of valuables from a foreigner’s apartment.
According to the police, they received a report of the burglary, which occurred in a seaside apartment, on the evening prior.
The foreign national reported that early on Tuesday morning, intruders broke into his home, managed to open a safe, and made off with valuable items, expensive watches, and cash.
The burglars were captured on the building’s security cameras, and the police are currently reviewing the footage.
The Philenews newspaper reported that the property owner and his family were not at home at the time of the break-in.
The police are urging anyone with information about the crime to contact Limassol police at 25805057, call the citizen line at 1460, or reach out to the nearest police station.
