Cyprus Takes Sixth Place in British Search Queries
According to data published by Google, Cyprus has secured the sixth position among the most popular travel destination searches in the United Kingdom. In 2023, the British conducted the highest number of travel-related searches since 2019.
Topping the list of destination searches is Greece, followed by Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Croatia.
In the top ten destinations after Cyprus are Thailand, Egypt, Malta, and Morocco, closing the list of the most popular places for British travelers.
In the category of islands, the most popular search query on Google is Rhodes, followed by Sicily.
Orlando (USA) leads the ranking of city search queries, followed by Tel Aviv, Seville, Marrakech, La Rochelle in France, Delhi, Cork in Ireland, and Amsterdam.
