On March 15th, Cyprus is expected to have cloudy weather with rain and thunderstorms

According to the Cyprus Meteorology Department, on Friday, March 15th, the region continues to be influenced by weak low pressure. By evening, the sky will clear up.

Today, in the first half, the weather will be cloudy and occasionally overcast, with isolated showers and thunderstorms, initially in the west and north, and then gradually in the mountainous areas and the eastern half of the island. The wind will be southwest and northwest, ranging from light to moderate.

According to the meteorological forecast, today's daytime temperature will reach up to 20°C inland and on the coasts, and up to 10°C in the mountainous areas.

By evening, the weather in most parts of the island will be predominantly clear, although in the west, occasional locally increased cloudiness is expected, which may lead to isolated rain.

The air temperature will drop to around 8°C inland, 10°C on the southern and eastern coasts, 12°C on the western and northern coasts, and 2°C in the mountainous areas, where local frost is expected.

It is expected that for the next three days, the temperature will not change significantly and will continue to fluctuate near or slightly above the average climatic values of the season.
