In Cyprus, dust will hang in the air and pressure will temporarily rise: weather on February 12th
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Monday, February 12th, the region will temporarily experience weak high pressure. Low pressure will return to the region starting from Tuesday. Fine dust will hang in the atmosphere today, with concentrations expected to increase tomorrow.
Today, in the first half of the day, the weather will be predominantly cloudy with no precipitation. The wind will be northeast and southeast, ranging from light to moderate.
According to the meteorological forecast, the daytime air temperature today will reach up to 20°C in the coastal inland areas and up to 12°C in the mountains.
By the evening, variable cloudiness is expected, with the predominance of moderate to heavy clouds. The air temperature will drop to approximately 11°C in the inland areas, 15°C on the coasts, and 7°C in the mountainous regions.
On Tuesday, the air temperature will remain above average climatic values, while gradual cooling is expected on Wednesday and Thursday.
