First Phase of Paralimni Marina to be Completed by Year-End
The first phase of the marina in Paralimni is on track to be finished by the end of the year. This phase will feature 300 docking spaces, with the first boats expected to arrive before the tourist season begins.
Recently, Giorgos Nikolaides, the Mayor of Paralimni-Deryneia, inspected the construction site. He was updated on the project's progress by the CEO of PMV Maritime Holdings.
Currently, work is wrapping up on the port, administrative offices, and commercial facilities, with the official opening slated for the upcoming tourist season.
The mayor noted that the yacht club's development will significantly benefit the area's growth and attract new tourists arriving by sea. The new port is expected to become an official entry point for the Republic of Cyprus.
The yacht club project in Paralimni, which is the only one of its kind in Cyprus, is entirely funded by a Cypriot investor, with a total investment of 100 million euros.
