Polish Airline LOT Resumes Flights from Warsaw to Larnaca
LOT Polish Airlines has resumed flights between Warsaw and Larnaca, with regular service to this popular Cypriot destination beginning on Monday, October 28.
According to a press release from the airline, the inaugural flight departed Warsaw Chopin Airport on October 28 at 10:40 a.m., with a flight time of approximately 3.5 hours.
To celebrate the occasion, a special ceremony was held at the airport, attended by Andrzej Ilkow, Chairman of the Polish Airports Board (Polskie Porty Lotnicze), and Robert Luder, Director of LOT’s Network Communications Office.
"We’re well aware of how popular this destination is. According to the Cyprus Statistical Service, in 2023, Poland ranked as the third-largest market in terms of tourists visiting Cyprus," said Robert Luder.
The airline also noted that flights on the Warsaw-Larnaca route will operate four times weekly during the winter season—on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The frequency will increase to six times per week in the summer season, with daily flights except for Tuesdays.
