President of Cyprus convenes a meeting of the National Council
On Friday, April 26th, President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, convened a meeting of the National Council. The head of state will provide up-to-date information on the latest domestic and international events.
According to a written statement by the government's official spokesperson, Constantinos Petrides, the meeting of the National Council will commence at 10:30 at the Presidential Palace.
"During the meeting, the President of the Republic will inform the chamber about the latest developments in the Cypriot conflict," said the government representative.
Additionally, Nikos Christodoulides will report on the outcomes of the recent European Council meeting, which discussed EU-Turkey relations.
