Schoolchildren Sing Christmas Carols for the President of Cyprus and His Wife
Today, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, and his wife, Philippa Karsera Christodoulides, hosted a group of primary, middle, and high school students at the Presidential Palace. The children performed Christmas carols for the presidential couple.
The students who sang came from the following schools:
- Agia Marina Primary School
- Akaki Regional Secondary School
- Agii Trimifia Primary School
- 2nd Primary School of Geri
- 3rd Aglantzia School, Evangelismos
- Aglantzia Kindergarten
- Agios Georgios Lakatamia Secondary School
- "Georgios Markou" School for the Deaf
- Pefkios Georgiades Primary School
- Antoupoli Secondary School
- Dianelou and Theodotou Secondary School
- Acropolis Secondary School
The President and his wife congratulated the children on the festive season and invited them to join a two-day Christmas event, which will be held on December 14 and 15 at the Presidential Palace.
