Two Cars Worth €160,000 Set on Fire in Limassol
The Limassol police are investigating an arson case after two vehicles were deliberately set on fire, causing a total estimated damage of €160,000.
The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:40 AM. The vehicles were parked outside a residential building in Kolossi when the fire broke out.
Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene to extinguish the flames, while police cordoned off the surrounding area to secure evidence and ensure safety.
Unfortunately, both vehicles were completely destroyed in the blaze and cannot be salvaged.
Preliminary investigations have confirmed that the fire was the result of arson. According to early findings, the perpetrators used a flammable liquid to ignite the vehicles. The police are continuing their investigation to identify and apprehend those responsible.
